The last time I saw Luke + Nicole, they had two children and now, their family has blossomed to FIVE children! For the couples that I have the distinct honor of photographing their wedding day and their families as they grow, I can’t help but think back to their wedding day during their photo shoot.

Luke & Nicole: Thank you so much for your patience and flexibility! I know it’s hard to pivot a family of 7, so thank you for the way you gently let me know that the part of the park we were in wasn’t quite what you had in mind and you made me a better photographer that morning. 🙂 And we got it all done before the clouds rolled in and dumped!! Your kids are so sweet-any time you are in Des Moines, I’m happy to see you all again with my camera in hand!
