I don’t get passionate about sports teams, collegiate or professional. Don’t get me wrong, I do have my favorites, but I’m not a die-hard when it comes to sports. However, when it comes to my collegiate alma mater, I’m a fan and I feel an instant camaraderie with anyone who graduated from there or works there. Sara & Tom are such people. Tom is in the IT department and Sara is in Student Services, and this year, we did their family photos on campus in a few new places that have been built since I graduated. We started, however, at the Agora right next to my freshman dorm. 🙂 Little Miss Charlotte was her ever-charming self while sweet Ms. Madi was struggling with teething-poor thing! We did our best throughout our brief time together:
Drake has built a youth center that opens this month to serve the community around the campus. It was a happy accident, but Sara & Tom’s outfits totally matched the main point of the mural by the playground!
Sara & Tom: I’m so glad we were able to get this to work out! Thank you for introducing me to new parts of campus and for allowing me the privilege of documenting your family at this stage. I pray that teeth (while vitally important) don’t put a damper on Madi’s summer! Being almost 2 can be rough! Enjoy your school year and the remaining summer we have left!
