I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday and were able to spend it with friends and/or family you love. Gerard + I were fortunate enough to getaway to my folks’ in sunny SoCal and the weather there was actually colder than it was the weekend I just about wrapped up all my sessions for the season! Brooke’s friend, Amber, referred her to me and I’m so thankful she did! I thoroughly enjoy talking shop with fellow educators while we snap a few photos along the way! Brooke works for the Des Moines District’s Superintendent and Brad is a Physics AP teacher. I’m sure their children will be incredible smart and organized if they’re anything like their parents!! 😉
Sometimes one of the children in a family I’m photographing will be a “tough nut to crack”. Proud to say, we got Abby to show some teeth!! Will had no problem. 😉
