It’s as if we’ve traded places. The last time Jess saw me (on their wedding day), I was roughly the same distance along in Lochlyn’s pregnancy as she is now with Baby K! For fun, we went back to our stomping grounds for the engagement session and incorporated baby items to show how their family is growing sometime around the first week of July. 🙂 But Jess also incorporated her wedding shoes, not just for comfort, but a sweet touch of celebration of their first year of marriage too.
We enjoyed the covered bridge’s shade for a few shots and then added in another love of their’s: Cubs!
After a quick outfit change, we headed over to Ewing Park with its gorgeous end-of-the-day light, seemingly had the park to ourselves, and enjoyed a good walk to a couple different spots for some exercise. 🙂
Ben + Jess: Thank you so much for keeping me in your lives! You are such wonderful and fun people to hang out with, I know you will be awesome parents. Jess-enjoy this month of summer off before Baby K arrives as you’re making final preparations. What a special time for you guys!
